Todd Konkol - Pastry Chef

While supplying restaurants and coffee houses with fresh baked desserts for the last 20 years in Minnesota and southern California, I found the demand for shipping quality desserts increased this year, and I have been sending boxes throughout the country.
I use only the best organic, natural ingredients, quality Callebaut chocolate, and pounds of real butter. Managing the chocolate stores at Maude Borup allowed me to perfect recipes for everyone’s favorite childhood desserts. Thus, I created the assorted dessert boxes “Boxes of Love”, and have been shipping assortments to please anyone.
Pastry boxes are filled with dessert bars and monster cookies that we supply to the cafes. I've also included several of our signature cakes and pies for ordering, and welcome any special requests.
